These policies are to ensure safety and tranquility for all. We recommend familiarizing yourself with our policies before you book. If you have any questions or special requests, please don't hesitate to call or message us. By completing a booking online you agree to adhere to the policies below.

Pet Policy

Pets are only allowed in pet friendly rooms and are subject to our nightly pet fee. Pets must be included in your reservation ahead of time. Dogs must be at least 2 years old and fully housebroken.

 

Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and you must provide your own bedding. Evidence of dogs on beds or funiture may result in additional cleaning fees.

Dogs may not be left unattended in rooms. When in common areas dogs must be leashed at all times--no exceptions. You are responsible for and may be charged for any damage caused by your dog to the room or yard. You are also liable if your dog bites a guest or other animal

ADA service animals are highly trained companions that perform specific tasks for those with special needs. Emotional Support Animals (ESA's) are NOT recognized as ADA service animals. Tourist lodging in California is NOT required to accommodate ESA's. Therefore, ESA's WILL be subject to our pet fee and must be in pet-friendly rooms. There are NO exceptions. Federal law decrees that misrepresenting your pet as an ADA service animal is a fineable offense.

 

 

Children

Our property is not suitable for children under 12. Rooms are not child proofed and contain breakable décor. We strive to provide a retreat-like experience for mental relaxation and romantic getaways. While we do not recommend bringing children under 12, if you do decide to bring them, you are responsible for maintaining this quiet ambiance. If we receive complaints, you will be held financially responsible. This is in compliance with California Lodging laws.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. 30 days before your reservation, and reservations made less than 30 days in advance will be charged a non-refundable 50% deposit. 7 days before your arrival the remainder will be charged and will then be non-refundable.

 

Booking a block of rooms (3 or more) requires 60 day notice of cancellation.

 

 

General Policies

We do not have a front desk and rooms are self-check-in. We are available for check-in assistance between 3pm and 6pm. If you require assistance outside those hours, please make arrangements with us ahead of time.

 

Rooms with wood-burning fireplaces may only use duraflame-style logs. One will be provided for you, all others you may bring yourself or purchase from Rendezvous.

 

Our beautiful property is located on the side of a hill, therefore you must be able to climb stairs. All rooms have at least 5 steps, and some have more. To access all parts of the property you must be able to climb several flights and navigate rustic, uneven paths. At night we recommend bringing a light.

 

EV chargers are currently only available for the Southwind and Evergreen Rooms. If you wish to utilize our EV chargers, you must book one of these rooms. EV chargers are for registered guests only.

Our hot tub is a shared space, but you can reserve it for a private, one-hour session via a sign-up sheet in our lounge. Open 12pm-10pm. Times are available on a first come basis. Hot tub is not available during stormy/windy weather.

 

Check out is 11am, staying beyond 11am may result in being charged for an additional day.

 

Only registered guests are allowed on the property. All others are subject to management approval.
