Gualala Arts Center
Nestled in the amongst the Redwoods along the Gualala River find rotating exhibits of local artists and outdoor sculpture garden as well as cultural events including art openings and live music. Check out their calendar for a current events, workshops and shows.

Sea Ranch Chapel
The Sea Ranch is already celebrated for its architectural style, but nothing compares to the stunning design of this non-denominational chapel featuring exquisite stained glass creations. A perfect place to catch a moment of tranquility.

Arena Theater

B Bryan Preserve
Learn about the conservation of zebras and giraffes at the B Bryan Preserve in Point Arena! Take a ride in a vintage Land Rover with one of their zookeepers and tour this unique menagerie. Self-guided driving tours also available. Reservations required.

Rent a kayak and paddle along the Gualala River. Conveniently located just south of the Gualala town center.
Located in Van Damme State Park (about 1.5 hours north) explore sea caves and the mendocino coastline. Follow it with lunch in the charming town of Mendocino.
Kayak rentals, guided tours, and kayaking lessons on the Noyo River. Spend the day kayaking, then have a fresh seafood meal right at the Noyo Harbor!

Gualala Point Regional Park
Where the Gualala River meets the ocean—this park offers both redwoods and beach, and an assortment of wildlife like river otters, harbor seals, coastal foxes, deer, and more. A visitor center offers information and history. Also look for the Totem display honoring the Siberian people who journeyed here a century ago.

Point Arena Lighthouse
Located on an incredible little peninsula with white caps all around you, stop and take in the majesty and power of Mother Nature. Tour the lighthouse then visit the giftshop full of local swag and the attached museum which offers history on the lighthouse and the area. Don’t forget to look for Arena Mina—the lighthouse cat!

Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens
Drive up the coast towards the town of Mendocino (about 1.5 hours) and find this magical piece of paradise. Spread across 40 acres enjoy both cultivated gardens and the wild beauty of the natural coastline. Afterwards explore the town of Mendocino or Fort Bragg. Buy tickets online or at the gate.

The Sea Ranch Golf Links
Play a round of golf while taking in the gorgeous view and natural landscaping. Links cafe offers snacks as well as beer and wine. Open to all. Lessons also available.
